Safety Course
The Freedom Trailblazers will be hosting snowmobile safety classes again this winter. These classes are DNR sponsored and teach snowmobile safety, knowing your machine & its capabilities, and survival techniques & repairs. A DNR warden explains the regulations and laws and someone from the Freedom First Responders teaches basic first aid and other survival tips.
The course is covered over 2 classes. Classes are held in December at the Freedom Fire Department; W2400 Schmidt Rd, Appleton, WI 54913 from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
Cost is $10 a person and students must be turning 12 in the next year to get their certificate.
